The average wait time was 2 and a half hours for a change of address and translation of the driving license. I arrived much earlier on the day of my shift, explaining that at 12 noon I had another time to legalize the translation at the Prefecture of Rome, and they let me in. In the end I managed to do everything in one morning, thank you for your kindness and understanding!
My passport was stolen in Palermo and I went to this consulate where in 3 hours they managed to manage and gave me a new one.
The speed, excellent attention and cordial treatment of everyone, especially Miss Daniela, as well as her colleagues, are worth highlighting.

The new location is very nice, spacious and organised, I'm talking about my experience and I must say that they are very friendly and welcoming, they respond immediately to emails and always find a solution, they are very available for any doubt or difficulty you may find given that now almost everything it is done online before your appointment at the consulate. I had a very good experience, everything was quite efficient, I have started several procedures by email and they have always responded within a maximum of 72 hours. Very clear. Then they take turns to complete the procedures, this is the least fast part, because the wait is long sometimes. The officials are very friendly and try their best to do everything in their power. Thank you so much.

In the last few days of traveling through Italy we lost a backpack with Arg and Italian passports and personal belongings, we left a message on the phone. On duty (on weekends and outside of office hours) and they called us quickly, from the Cons of Rome x proximity to Milan x jurisdiction to advise us and resolve our return with a provisional passport.
